If you want to replace an existing file with a new copy (without deleting and re-creating the file), you can click the Import New File tab when viewing a file's details. This will allow to upload a new file, similar to when you upload files initially.

If the file you are importing has a different name to the existing file, you can choose whether to keep the existing name as it exists in Recite, or use the name of the new file.
