You can browse all products by selecting categories from the left hand column when the Products tab is selected in the left-column. Since products can be in multiple categories, the same product may appear in several categories.
Additionally, you can view all products that belong to no categories by clicking on the root
item.To create a new product, click the
tab in the right-column. You will then be prompted to choose the type of product to create (if you have more than one to choose from).Next you can enter the details for the new product, including its price and categories. To save the product, click the
button. If any fields have errors you will be prompted to fix the fields before the product is saved.Once you have saved your product you will be taken to a summary page for the product.
To edit a product you can either click the edit icon when viewing a category or click the
tab when viewing the product you want to enter. Update any details as required then click the button to save your changes.In order to edit the price of a product you must instead use the pricing management tab.
To manage the pricing for a product, click the 1+
, and then 4
in the next row and the
price for the 4th and subsequent items.
Click the
button to save your changes.You can assign any number of files from the File Manager to a product by clicking on the
tab when viewing a product.Select any files as required then click the
button to save your changes. These files are then available for output when displaying a list of products or a single product's details.To manage the availability of a product, click the
tab when viewing a product. This allows you to set the quantity you have in stock, as well as the date range when a product is available to be purchased.When setting the product quantity a summary of existing quantities in use is shown.
Click the
button to save your changes.
